A Different KIND of Deli
Brand refresh, website, mural design, and more for the first vegan deli in Las Vegas
NoButcher is the first plant-based deli in Las Vegas. They're known for serving up hearty, flavor-packed classics without any animal products. With a focus on bold flavor, comfort food, and sustainable choices, NoButcher offers a fully vegan menu that doesn’t compromise on taste. They’ve built a loyal following by proving that plant-based food can be just as satisfying, approachable, and crave-worthy as traditional deli fare.
Under new ownership, NoButcher reached out to Overland Design Co. to refresh the brand and reintroduce it to both long-time fans and first-time customers. The goal was to bring new life to the visual identity by adding more color, personality, and consistency across every touchpoint. With fresh energy behind the business, they wanted the brand to reflect their fun-loving spirit, inclusive community, and modern take on the classic sandwich shop.
We collaborated to create a refreshed logo and brand system that felt vibrant, bold, and unmistakably NoButcher. The updated color palette brings warmth, freshness, and energy to every part of the experience. Each color was chosen to evoke the ingredients and personality behind the food, helping the brand stand out while staying grounded in its plant-based roots. From there, we designed a high-impact drive-thru menu, custom merchandise, a mural for the second location, and a brand-new website that brings the refreshed identity to life online. The result is a cohesive experience that feels as lively and craveable as the food they serve.
